When someone suffers from a sudden cardiac arrest, that person's likelihood of survival drops 10% for every minute CPR and a defibrillator is not applied. Defibrillators are simple, effective, and ready to help you save lives.
Join us for a free, hands-on defib demo at your local St John branch this May or June.
In just one hour, you’ll see how a defibrillator works, learn when and how to use it, and walk away with practical, lifesaving insights from our expert trainers.
It’s also a great chance to ask questions — from how AEDs work to what to consider when choosing one for your workplace or community.
Whether you're responsible for workplace safety or simply want to feel more prepared in an emergency, this is a powerful way to build confidence in a relaxed, interactive setting.
Sessions are free and spots are limited – register now. Runs until 18 June.
