On successful completion of this course you will be issued a statement of attainment in:

UETDRMP018 Perform rescue from a live low voltage panel
HLTAID009 Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation

The SafeWork Australia model Code of Practice: First Aid in the Workplace and the Australian Resuscitation Council recommend that First Aid skills are renewed every three years, and resuscitation skills (HLTAID009/HLTAID0015) are renewed every 12 months. Please also refer to specific industry standards and guidelines

Pre-Requisites

This course includes HLTAID009 Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation, which is a pre-requisite for UETDRMP018 Perform rescue from a live low voltage panel.

Assessment Methods

We use a range of different methods to assess you, including written assessments and practical activities. You must be able to perform CPR on the floor for 2 minutes on a manikin. You may need to pair up with another student to complete the practical exercises.
