This course is suitable for managers or supervisors from any industry who are responsible for employees.

This course does not require any other certification or training to have been completed previously and is suitable for new students.
There is no formal assessment.
Our courses are open to participants aged 16 years and over.
Students aged 14 to under 16 may attend if accompanied by a responsible adult (parent, guardian, or carer), who must remain present for the full duration of the course. Some training venues are licensed premises (e.g. clubs, hotels) – where this applies, only participants aged 18 years and over may attend, regardless of adult supervision.
