March saw the launch of a new St John NSW training campaign. The campaign shows what sets our First Aid training apart from others and the way St John NSW continues to give people the confidence and skills to help.

St John NSW’s purpose is to create safer and healthier communities where everyone is ready to respond in a healthcare crisis. Quality First Aid training is a key part of achieving that. When bystanders have the confidence and ability to help, NSW communities become a safer place.

St John NSW training uses immersive, video-enhanced technology to see, hear, and engage with realistic emergency scenarios. Our commercial training courses are set up to improve skill development, maximise learning retention, and also keep students engaged.

Like so many of our volunteers, our commercial trainers bring real-world experience, passion, and dedication to empowering others with lifesaving skills. They are dedicated educators whose experience is able to inform those they teach, and who also undergo ongoing training to remain the best at what they do.

Practical scenarios with 1:1 feedback

Our commercial training involves much more than just theory and brings practice in real-world scenarios to build confidence in action. We keep classes small so trainers can provide 1:1 guidance and assess each student’s performance. We ensure that everyone who attends our First Aid courses learns at the right pace – with no short cuts!
